1. Data controller

LiveElectric, operated by Bitcore SpA (hereinafter "LiveElectric"), is responsible for processing personal data collected through the website, web platform, and the Voltline System mobile application for iOS and Android.

2. Data we collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

• Identification and contact data associated with the corporate account (name, email, phone, role, company, and organization).
• Operational data (assigned jobs, procedure progress, answers, measurements, observations, impediments, timestamps, and executed actions).
• Operational evidence the user chooses to attach (photos taken with the camera or selected from the gallery and records linked to checklists).
• Technical data (IP address, device type, operating system, browser, sessions, technical identifiers, and push notification token when applicable).

3. Processing purposes

• Provide the contracted service and maintain platform operational continuity.
• Manage user accounts, authentication, security, and traceability.
• Support offline work through a temporary local copy and synchronize changes when connectivity returns.
• Respond to commercial inquiries, demo requests, and technical support.
• Improve features, usability, performance, and service security.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data based on: (a) contract performance, (b) compliance with legal obligations, (c) legitimate interest in security and service improvement, and (d) consent where applicable.

5. Data retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described, comply with legal obligations, and meet audit periods agreed with the organization. Voltline System may temporarily keep operational data on the device to work offline; that copy is synchronized when connectivity returns and removed at sign-out or according to the app controls. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Sharing and transfers

We may share data only with the organization responsible for the job and with technology providers that deliver services for LiveElectric (hosting, storage, infrastructure, monitoring, notifications, and support), under confidentiality and security agreements. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

7. Information security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction, including HTTPS encryption in transit, organization-based access controls, audit logs, and private images delivered through signed links. If the user enables biometric access, verification is performed by the device security features, and LiveElectric does not receive or store fingerprint or face data.

8. Data subject rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, updating, objection, or deletion of their personal data, in accordance with applicable regulations, by writing to the contact email listed in this policy.

9. Cookies

We use technical and performance cookies necessary to operate the site and improve its functionality. If we incorporate non-essential cookies, we will request consent where applicable.

10. Device permissions and features

Voltline System requests access to the camera or photo library only when the user chooses to attach evidence. The app does not request precise location, contacts, or microphone access and does not contain advertising. Notifications, when enabled, are used for operational service communications.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. The current version will be published at this same URL with its update date.
